  We love Dr. Moody and his team. I prefer to drive 35 miles just so my children can be seen here. The office is very kid friendly, and the staff are always polite and kind. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a pediatric dentist.

  While they were at their previous location, everything went great. Then there was the last appointment since expanding and moving to the new location. We went in to have some fillings - a very common, and should be routine for these people, procedure. Now the whole point of pediatric dentists is to make the experience as pleasant and painless as possible. With the work she was needing done, this shouldn't have been an issue. When she was returned to me, she was crying (7 years old) - I was in shock. She went through getting caps on her teeth without any issues. She explained to me that she had told them that it was hurting her, and they ignored her and kept working on her. Once she said it was hurting, they should have stopped immediately, and taken care of it! I asked is she was given the gas this time, and she told me she was not. I paid for the gas - It's part of the procedure. The only thing I can figure is someone there is abusing it and carving out their dosing by stealing it from children, which is abhorrent! She was traumatized from that experience, which is the opposite effect your after when you pay the premium to go to one of these specialists! I left there and briefly voiced my concern without exploding because I wanted to stop a minute before I bit someone's head off because and I wasn't being irrational and wait until I cooled down. It's been several months now, my little girl is 8 and I've paid off her dental work. We had scheduled a cleaning at checkout last time because per usual, and I had put this out of my mind. Now she's supposed to go in for a cleaning and she's scared - that brought everything back to the surface. Her mother is taking her, but believe me, this is the LAST time she will step foot in there.
