  I hv went to this place for years, it first started out with Dr. Shuck but he passed away, now there is 3 to 4 different vets. They do a good job and staff is very friendly and no what they are doing, but when Dr. Shuck was there you used to b able to set up payments bc of expensive surgeries and etc but now if u don't hv money in full u don't get service. It us on high side but they take care of yr animal and hv went up on prices. I feel if u hv made an appt and you shouldn't hv to pay the office visit especially since u just go in and get refills on meds. Just bc they weigh them and rub over body they charge a $25.00 service fee but don't charge office fee if you are getting yr yearly shots. You used to b able to get a 3 year rabies shot but now it's once a year but don't understand if u get more service when getting shots and going in just for a Med refill what's the difference if u getting service why do u pay office visit just to get weighed and meds but don't get charged for vaccines when more work is involved. I think even though they hv signs up and people don't bring their dog in off leash they should b told bc these animals come up to yrs and u don't no if they sick and sum are not friendly. I also think they should go bk to payments if needed for low income and expensive surgeries even if u hv to get a post dated check bc sometimes it's hard to get the rite care for yr animal but r low income or elderly and I also think if u got bigger dogs or digs that bite they should offer to come out to car or b made to mussle the dog bc I hv scene dogs get into fights and get hurt it's not what it use to b now that Dr shuck is gone but they r good Dr but the prices hv went up.
