  This Family Physicians office was so rude to me I would avoid it at all costs if I were you. They are concerned about one thing...their money. They have a cookie cutter attitude about people and think they are much more important than they are. I found another M.D. to do my general medical care.

  I don't know why I even try to get an appointment at any of their clinics. Whether you're going to primary care or one of the specialists, they are always severely over-booked. You will sit in the waiting room more than thirty minutes past your appointment time, then wait again in your own room. Most of the staff seem bothered to have to help you. Save yourself.

  My initial visit was pretty pleasant and quick but that's where my satisfaction ended. I was diagnosed with cellulitis in my right leg, I called the next day to ask if it was ok for me to work on my feet all day (I cut hair) and I was actually told to prop my leg up while I cut hair. Does that make any sense at all? I just said ok and hung up. I called the next day to see if I should be seeing improvement because it had been two days and I hadn't seen any. He said I should be seeing some and I mentioned again that I am on my feet for a long periods of time to which he replied "Well I don't know about you but I have to go to work to get paid." Which honestly hurt my feelings. I'm not lazy, I'm in pain. After 6 days I called back and said my leg has definitely improved but was not healed by any means. He said I could either go to the ER, come back and have him see it or have him call me in a second round of antibiotics. I asked the lady that relayed the message is he thought it needed to be looked at again and she said that was all he has said. I don't know if it NEEDS to be looked at, if I NEED another round of antibiotics or what. I'm not a medical professional.
